Our methodology is based on the tracking of key activities to achieve objectives. Prior to the execution of the work, we participate in meetings with the Architect and the Developer, collaborate in drafting the Project, and provide advice on feasibility, quality, and costs. During this stage, we prepare the necessary documentation to request bids and evaluate alternatives, facilitating the selection of contractors. During the execution of the works, we coordinate the different teams to comply with the established plan, manage certifications according to contracts, economically control variations, and provide detailed monthly reports. Additionally, we are responsible for coordinating the reception of the works, final connections, and building legalizations.
